Argile Finishes
Argile paint combines two fundamental technical aspects: quality and durability. With a firm background in the industrial field for the past 30 years, Argile has developed a specialised product through R&D, technology and environmental advancements.
All Argile colors are available in all finishes, from deep matt to satin, in a range of interior and exterior paint.
Argile offers preparation products for different surfaces, along with specialty products like matt ceiling paint and a clear matt varnish to provide further durability and resistance where required.
Committed for over 20 years to the preservation of the environment and the development of ecological innovations, Argile also presents its Nature range of exclusive paint for interiors, with high technical performance, formulated with more than 95% bio-sourced vegetable oils (Ecolabel EU / Excell+).

Contract Matt

Argile primaire universel (APU)
Universal Primer
- Water-based universal primer
- Designed as an undercoat for hard, smooth and difficult surfaces
- Excellent adhesion to PVC, melamine, MDF, wood and non-ferrous metals
- Strong grip with taut, even finish
- Suitable for challenging substrates before topcoat application

Velvet Flat Matt
- Smooth, velvety matt finish with 3–5% sheen
- Beautiful, taut base for Argile shades

- Ideal for regular traffic areas

Durable Flat Matt

- Extremely durable (acrylic polyurethane resin)

Chalky Matt
- Deep matt finish (less than 2% sheen)
- Very delicate surface due to ultra-matt aspect
- Sensitive to dirt, rubbing and polishing
- Wipeable (Class 2) – clean with a damp sponge
- Suitable for walls in dry, low-traffic areas
- Ideal for museums and scenography thanks to beautiful colour depth
